  1. Where do homeopathy ingredients come from
  2. All fragrance and products are *New and Sealed * and are supplied directly from licensed US or UK manufacturers, therefore we can guarantee that the fragrances and skin care products we sell are genuine products. We DO NOT sell parallel imported products.

    Meaning of parallel imported products.
Parallel imported products are so-called “grey market” products meaning products that entered a market in ways not intended by the original manufacturer eg. stolen goods, faulty batch, fake, etc.
Parallel importing (where a store buys directly from a wholesaler overseas, rather than from the perfume’s authorised distributor) has paved the way for more competitive pricing — but could be allowing fakes to end up on retail shelves.

    Parallel imported products :

    1) Cannot guarantee that there is sufficient quality control system in place.  Even if it’s a genuine product, they are unable to ensure whether it’s passed its use-by date or has been stored incorrectly or for too long.
The smell of the perfume sometimes have a sour or bitter smell, and its fragrance may last only a short period of time on the skin. An expert on perfume claims that a good perfume should linger at least six hours,
so if it last only 30 minutes, it’s probably a dud.

    2) Cannot ensure it is genuine as they have no real idea of where their products actually come from.   It's easy to be fooled — some counterfeits look almost indistinguishable from the real thing.
Counterfeit perfumes haven’t been rigorously tested and can contain a whole host of unknown chemicals. This creates the potential for all sorts of nasty surprises, such as:
-causing a rash on people with sensitive skin
                         -burning the skin
                         -staining clothes
                         -respiratory problems
